OUR 90-DAY GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we make. If you have committed to a genuine, consistent trial and have not noticed a meaningful difference, we want to make it right.

Livety offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any Livety product, subject to all eligibility criteria below. Because different Livety products work through different mechanisms — some through daily supplementation, others through progressive physical therapy — the specific documentation and return requirements vary by product type. Those details are set out in the Product-Specific Terms below.

Meaningful results from any Livety product typically require consistent use over weeks, not days. We ask that you give each product a genuine trial before requesting a refund.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund under our 90-day guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

1. First-time purchase only

The guarantee applies solely to your first purchase of a given Livety product. Repeat or subsequent orders of the same product are not eligible under any circumstances.

2. One refund per household

Limited to one refund per customer, per shipping address, and per payment method.

3. Minimum usage requirement

You must have used the product consistently for the minimum period specified for that product before requesting a refund. Refund requests submitted before the minimum documented use period will not be approved. See Product-Specific Terms below for the required duration for each product.

4. Request submitted within the 90-day delivery window

Your refund request must be submitted to support@livety.com within 90 days of your confirmed delivery date (not your order date). Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted regardless of circumstances.

5. No active payment disputes

If you have opened a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider at the time of your refund request, your request will be placed on hold until the dispute is fully resolved. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@livety.com before filing any dispute — most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

PRIMECELL H2 — Molecular Hydrogen Magnesium Tablets

PRIMECELL H2 is an effervescent consumable supplement. Because tablets are dissolved and consumed during use, physical return of product is not required or expected for this product.

Minimum usage requirement: 60 consecutive days of consistent daily use before submitting a refund request.

To request a refund for PRIMECELL H2, your submission must include:

- Your order number and the email address used at purchase
- A brief written account of your usage routine and the reason the product did not meet your expectations
- Confirmation that you used the product daily for a minimum of 60 consecutive days

Proof of purchase is required. Photo documentation of remaining product and packaging is appreciated but not strictly required. We reserve the right to request additional supporting information to verify eligibility.

PelviSet™ — Seated Pelvic Floor Therapy Device

PelviSet™ is a seated pelvic floor rehabilitation device. Meaningful improvement typically requires at least 8–12 weeks of regular sessions through progressive neuromuscular re-education.

Minimum usage requirement: 60 consecutive days of documented daily use before submitting a refund request.

Additional requirements specific to PelviSet™:

Usage log: You must submit a completed usage log demonstrating 60+ consecutive days of sessions. Each entry must include the date and duration of the session, the intensity setting used, and any symptom changes noted. A usage log template is available by emailing support@livety.com.

Physical return of the device: To process a refund, you must return the PelviSet™ device to our warehouse. Returns must be authorized in writing before shipping — do not send the device back without first receiving written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

The device must be returned in its original condition, including:

- The device unit
- All included accessories (power adapter, instructional materials)
- Original packaging and box

Devices that are damaged beyond normal wear, tampered with, or returned without original components will not be eligible for a refund.

Photo and video documentation: Your refund request must include clear photographs of the device (front and all sides), photographs of any relevant wear or condition, a short video (30–60 seconds) demonstrating that the device powers on and functions, and photographs of the original packaging.

Return shipping: Livety does not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for all costs of return shipping to our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — Livety is not responsible for devices lost or damaged in transit.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email support@livety.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
2. Include your order number, the product you are returning, your reason for the request, and all required documentation for that product type (see Product-Specific Terms above).
3. Wait for written authorization — we will respond within 5–7 business days. For device returns, your authorization email will include the return shipping address. Do not ship the device before receiving this authorization.
4. For device returns: once authorized, ship the device using a tracked carrier to the address provided.
5. Once your request is verified (and, for devices, the device is received and inspected), your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund after we have processed it.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS AND SITUATIONS

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

- Purchases where the refund request is submitted beyond the 90-day delivery window
- Repeat or subsequent purchases of any Livety product
- Orders where the minimum documented usage requirement has not been met
- Refund requests submitted without complete required documentation
- Devices (PelviSet™) returned without prior written authorization
- Devices returned missing original accessories or packaging
- Devices that show evidence of misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modification
- Dissatisfaction with form factor, intensity range, or design where the product is not defective
- Individual health outcomes that do not meet personal expectations (individual results vary)
- Shipping, handling, or any other order fees
- Return shipping costs (paid by the customer for device returns)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If any Livety product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, contact us at support@livety.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

- Your order number
- Photographs of the damage or defect
- Photographs of the outer packaging

Genuinely damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Damage claimed after the 7-day window may not be eligible.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@livety.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues — including delivery concerns, product questions, and refund requests — can be resolved directly and more quickly through our support team.

If a dispute is filed:

- Your refund request will be paused until the dispute is fully resolved
- We will submit to your bank full documentation including delivery confirmation, order records, fulfillment records, and all customer communications
- Accounts with verified patterns of dispute abuse may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to fraud prevention services

We maintain comprehensive records of every transaction and communication to defend legitimate charges.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without providing justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

- Contact us at support@livety.com within 14 days of delivery
- For physical devices: the device must be unused and in its original, resalable condition with all accessories and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For consumable products (PRIMECELL H2): the right of withdrawal applies only to unopened, unused product. Opened or partially used consumables may only be returned under the EU right of withdrawal if they are genuinely defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Livety products are wellness products only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Consult your physician before use, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medications, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, or have recently undergone surgery.

Dissatisfaction with health outcomes or personal results that do not meet individual expectations does not constitute a product defect and is not automatic grounds for a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the criteria outlined in this policy.
